If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will generate a returns number (GRN.) You have 14 days from the day of delivery to request the GRN, anything outside of 14 days is at our discression on a case by case basis and may incur a re-stockig fee. If the item being returned is found to be faulty we will refund you the initial order carriage cost, and then offer you a full refund or replacement. We will also refund you the carriage cost to return it to us. If it is not faulty, we will offer you a refund or replacement, but not the initial order carriage cost or the cost to return it.
